Mary Finnicane Crowley

Here is what I know about my great grandmother Mary Finnicane/Finnegan:  

17 Nov 1872 birth of John Crowley in Somerville MA lists mother as Mary born in Ireland.

  1880 Census Mary Crowley age 40 born in Ireland Cannot read or write. 

17 March 1882 birth Joseph Patrick Crowley in Chelmsford lists mother as Mary born in Ireland.

1890 Census Jeremiah Crowley is listed as a widower.

 12 April 1896 marriage of John T. Crowley lists Mary Finnochan mother. 

  21July 1897 Marriage of Annie M Crowley lists Mary Finnegan the mother. 

  8 Nov 1911 Jeremiah Crowley death record listed as a widower.

  12 May 1943 John Crowley's death Mother is Unknown.

 3 June 1965 Mary E Sullivan death mother is listed as Mary Finnicane.

What I would like to know is what happened to Mary.  When did she die?  It would also be great to find a copy of Mary and Jeremiah's marriage record.  I have the microfilm titled "Chelmsford (Massachusetts) vital records (1843-1910) and indexes (1843-1910)" Film number 2217570 reserved at my Family History Center and will browse through that next time I go.
